The main raw material of stretch film is polyethylene, which is mainly divided into three categories: linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), low density polyethylene (LDPE) and high density polyethylene (HDPE). Most high-performance stretch wrap films contain LLDPE, and for traditional LDPE, the current amount is limited. The tensile properties of EVA are very high, and ethyl acetate is usually used, but it is not as good as polypropylene, so it is rarely used. Different raw materials, the performance of the stretch film is different, so special attention should be paid to the selection of the stretch film.



The stretch film is a plastic film that people often use. Its raw materials include metallocene polyethylene (mPE), LLDPE, LDPE, EVA, and PVC. In addition, the raw materials of the stretch film also include polypropylene copolymers. The properties of these raw materials are all Relatively strong, with stretch resistance, fracture resistance, etc.



At present, the raw materials for domestic production of stretch film are mainly LLDPE, LDPE, EVA and so on. Most of the domestic products of LLDPE are butene copolymers, which cannot meet the performance requirements of industrial stretch films, but can be used for hexene or octene copolymerized LLDPE special materials for stretch films.
